Ordering from 405 Prints

405 Prints provides custom printed products and design services. Review the selected product, sizes, quantities, artwork, shipping address, and checkout total before ordering. Product availability and pricing are shown at the time of purchase. Separately quoted work requires agreement on the scope and price before it begins.

Artwork and proof approval

By supplying artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use and reproduce it. We provide a proof for review before custom production. Please check spelling, layout, colors, sizes, and other order details carefully. Production begins after approval. Screen colors may differ from printed colors; contact us before approving a proof if exact color matching is essential.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our shipping policy explains production and delivery estimates. Our return and refund policy explains changes, cancellations, and support for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
