Use this quick checklist before uploading. Don’t have a print-ready file? We can help.
Resolution and size
Use 300 DPI at the final print size for PNG and JPG files. Enlarging a small image won’t make it sharper.
Fonts and layout
Outline fonts or embed them in your PDF. Keep text and important details away from the cut edge.
Check your product setup.
Stickers and labels
Send the design at its final size and tell us the shape you want. Include a cut line if you have one; we can help create it. We’ll confirm any needed space beyond the cut edge or around important details.
Holographic, clear, and specialty materials
Tell us where you want the material to show through and which areas should be white or opaque. Add these instructions to your order notes.
Shirts and hoodies
Use a transparent-background PNG or vector file. Name the design for each print location. Print area varies by garment size, especially on toddler items, sleeves, and hoods.
Colors and small details
Screens and printed materials show color differently. Include important brand colors in your notes. Check that small text and fine lines remain readable at the final size.
