Choose your material and size
Choose glossy white, matte white, or holographic label material. Use the calculator to select the shape and dimensions for your design. Custom dimensions are available in quarter-inch increments, up to 12 inches per side. Circle and square configurations use equal sides.
Measure the area where the label will be applied before choosing your final size. If the surface, exposure, application method, or a required format affects your project, describe it in your quote request so we can confirm suitability before you order.
Plan a label order around your products
Prepare a separate configuration for each different artwork design. For several products or versions, send the final size and quantity for each design in a quote request. Include any required format, application details, requested date, and destination ZIP.
Upload your artwork
An artwork file is required to order through the label calculator. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files are accepted; vector files or 300 DPI artwork at the final printed size are recommended. Add any preparation questions in the artwork notes.
The artwork-help checkbox requests help with the file you upload. If you do not have a file yet, request a design quote first. The image preview helps you check your selection; it is not a production proof. We review your artwork before production and contact you if anything needs attention.
Reorder with the details you already have
Send your previous order number or business name, the label description, the new quantities, and any artwork or size changes. We confirm the artwork and current price before payment. If the earlier job was ordered in person, describe it in the contact form so we can identify it.
Complete your packaging
Need stickers to go with your product labels? Configure custom vinyl stickers for handouts or packaging separately. For a project combining labels, stickers, or apparel, request a quote with the quantities for each item. Products are configured and priced separately.
Local label orders and pickup
For a local packaging project, you can ask about appointment pickup or delivery to your business. Confirm local arrangements with us before ordering. Include each label design, size and quantity, your requested date, and destination ZIP for delivery. Availability, timing, and any delivery charge require confirmation; pickup details are provided privately.

Is shipping included in the label price?
Label shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout. The sticker shipping offer does not apply to label orders.
Can I order labels for several designs?
Configure each design separately, or send a quote request listing each design, final size, and quantity.
